How to deal with the bad quality products Part 2

Our QC team will inspection every product,if they meet the bad quality,how they will deal with it?

2. Contact with related department to make the emergency measures

If we can handle with these problems then our QC will finish it but if we can`t then we may ask other department to solve it.

As to the same problem,there are so many reasons,sometimes we can know it easily with rich experience,but sometimes we need to find the reasons by some steps as follows, 

Step 1: Again to see the problems

Try to observe the problems from every aspect,try to record the data.

Step 2: Find out the reason 

(1) Simulation method. Use the same combination of factors of production, confirm whether can  lead to the same bad phenomenon.    

(2) Matching method. Will factors of production are combined according to certain conditions, to confirm what kind of combination will lead to the same problem.

(3) Exclusions method. Replace the factors one by one, when the bad disappear, chances are the factors of production caused by issue.

(4) Correlation method.Compare the good with the bad product to find out the difference, these differences are likely to be the cause of the problem.

The above methods only can find out the factors and laid the foundation for countermeasures, but it is not enough, also need to give disproof, especially in the theoretical calculation, attention following items: 

(1) Using high-precision test equipment acquisition data as far as possible.

(2) Plan approval, impartial while reading data,do not artificially changed data. 

    

When find out the reasons,we must carry on the countermeasure, bad countermeasures is not simply a processing, underground, repair instructions, but to make the overall saving method, the agenda, the undertaker.

 A. How to deal with item materials? 

 B. How to deal with semi-finished products?

 C. How to deal with finished products?

 D.  How to deal with products have been sale to the market?

(2) Countermeasures in time for clues. 

 A. When will take into the new rules 4M（Manpower，Machine，Material，Method）?

 B. When will finish the bad quality?

 C. When the bad quality can be sale again?

(3) Countermeasures to the clues and operation method 

 A. Any new process for the production?

 B. Any new method for QC inspection?

 C. Any change for the rules by QC?

When a lot of bad product happen, or even want to consider to stop production, priority nonconforming.If the cost of the treatment of the poor is more than make new products, it might consider non-conforming waste processing.

Inspection tips for glassware products Part 2

Sunny Glassware will always stand by your side! Controls the glass productions strictly to ensure provide high standard products to our customers. 

Below are our QC team terms for glass inspection

6.Glass mouth cannot have bubbles within 1 cm (except products of the glass bubble effect), the mouth below the number of bubble diameter greater than 2 mm can't more than two or more than 1 mm diameter of bubble can't more than three grain, and the phenomenon of the bubble together is not acceptable.

7.After glass products back mould, fade temperature (fire) to ensure the stable quality, prevent the product will automatically burst after a period of time. The thermal stability of glass bottles should be, from hot water bad to worse, cold water temperature difference in 39 degrees commonly examination without damage by detecting,

8.Inside and outside of the glass cannot have obvious water ripple, surface and internal are not allowed to have a feel of lanes, such as obvious wrinkles and scars, grinding crack, such as cut marks and line, surface crack and not satisfied to its defects.  

9.Glass mouth examination level off is smooth, no burr and bump, touch.

10.Inside and outside the glass must be cleaned, cannot have sundry, dust, tar, glass beads, etc. There can be no rust on glass products,Glass materials can't be mixed with black spots, dust and other sundry. Note: the rust on the glass products are usually used for faded when fire glass clamp with rust and die due to rust rusty spot on the glass, after cannot be removed. Clamp and die if rust, therefore, must in the first cleaning before production to avoid this problem. Need to pay attention to dissolve to avoid dust and impurities such as falling into the material, the product after forming internal containing impurities;
