The history of glass decanter 2

The second generation of glass decanters were having a eccentric laboratory test tube style, the top of the decanter is not right in the middle, but at the top of side face. The decanter shape was made up by two triangles, in order to increased the contact area of red wine and air. 

The second generation of glass decanters were like the artwork, which is very close to the first generation shape but with a much wider bottom diam. The widest bottom diam can reach more than 20cm.And it also have equipped with a glass funnel,for conveniently pouring wine.
