Perfect comes from details 1

There is a very famous rule in the service concept, named 100-1=0 rule. The statistical results shows that when a customer satisfied with our services, they will tell his other six friends, but if not, he will told the other 22 for the dissatisfaction. 

The results tell us if we ignore some small small details,it will caused the customer dissatisfaction, 1% error may result in 100% failure, great achievement comes from little , perfect comes from details. So how can we do the best detail service? The detail service should meet the most real customer demand. Like dining in a restaurant, if a waiter found customer glass or cup is empty, he stepped forward to customers and pour the wine or tea immediately, then the customer will feel and enjoy the special treatment immediately for the same.
