Inspection tips for glassware products Part 1

Controls the glass productions strictly to ensure provide high standard products to our customers. 

Below are our QC team terms for glass inspection 
1.Reject product: Glass products are damaged, blowout, gap, and scratch hand; 

2.At the bottom of the glass products should not have deformation, should not have uneven and askew on the mouth 

3.Clear glass cannot contain recycled material, the product must be transparent white without noise, and colored glass should be pure tonal stability, uniform; 

4.No matter its mouth blowing or machine press products, glass thickness should be average, the error need to be controlled within 1 mm; 

5.Glass melt should be good and uniform, as much as possible to avoid stones (not melting slag), stripes, defects such as bubble;

Every order is coming from through Sunny QC inspection team to confirm the quality of the product after delivery to the client, and QC will supervise the loading process through out, confirm the product is in good condition to clients.
