Glassware inspection notice

The following is the glassware inspection notice for glassware industry reference.

1. There is any breakage, blowout, gap, scratch hand glass can't be accepted.

2. The uneven and skew deformation at the bottom and mouth are not be accepted.

3. Clear glass can not be mixed with recycled material, the product must be transparent white, no other noise, colored glass must be pure tonal stability and uniform.

4. No matter mouth blown or machine blown, glass thickness should be average, thin and thick. 

5. Melt glass material should be good and uniform, as much as possible to avoid stones (not melting slag), stripe. and bubble.

6. The mouth of glassware cannot have bubbles within 1 cm (except glass bubble effect),  the mouth below the number of bubble diameter greater than 2 mm can't more than two or more than 1 mm diameter of bubble can't more than three. And the phenomenon of the bubble together is not acceptable.

7. After glass products back mould, fading temperature (fire) is to prevent bursting automatically that ensure the quality is stable, The glassware should be thermal stability。 General difference in temperature in 39 degrees, glassware from heat sink to cold water sink shall be deemed to be without damage.

8. Do not allow to have obvious water lines and a feel of lanes inside and outside the glassware, such as obvious wrinkles and scars, grinding crack, cut marks and line, the surface is cracked and not satisfied to its defects.

9. The mouth of glassware should flat and smooth, no burr and bump.

10. Both inside and outside surface, the glassware must be clean, it cannot have sundry, dust, tar, glass beads, etc.  Cannot have rust on the glass, glass material can't be mixed with black spots, dust and other sundry. Notes: the rust on the glass products are usually used for faded when fire glass clamp with rust and mould due to rust rusty spot on the glassware, it cannot be removed after then. To avoid the problem, the rust must be cleaned from clamp and mould  before production .In addition also need to pay attention to is the solution to avoid dust, if the impurities falling into the material, it will cause products contain impurities after molding.

11. For the adding acid glass,it must avoid to touch oily be soiled before adding acid, or in the process of adding acid will have pickling uneven cause local the shiny appearance. white powder in both inside and outside must be cleaned after acid residues.

12. For decal paper products, the pasting should be flat and not skewed, there can be no bubbles, generally,the second bake can not be continuted until it dry naturally for 12 hours because the color paper in soak will remain a small water droplets, bursting paper baking globules hair will lead to the emergence of the phenomenon of pinhole.

13. Product size should meet the requirements, error cannot too big, if you want to assemble the lid or other things, the more attention should be paid to the product inside diameter whether conform to the requirements of the assembly.

14. The appearance of the product is important, but no matter what product, the most important thing is to test the functionality and appearance of the product are in good condition.

15. Glassware is fragile, the product must be placed upright in the transportation, loading and unloading process, each product will be good in bubble paper bag, and will product is separated with the egg cell, not each other collision damage, detailed packing method depending on the product and order request, but one thing, you must be aware of the packing of the product safety, ensure that won't be broken in transit, in order to ensure safety.

16. In the inspection process, QC should check the product packing method carefully, such as to check whether the label and content, the enclosed instruction content, inside and outside the box label header information are correct.
