Sunny Glassware took risks to maximize the profit for candle holders customers
As we known, the terms of payment is a particularly important thing for international trade. The terms of payment for Sunny Glassware are: 30% deposit by T/T in advance and balance against copy of Bill of Loading. In general, Sunny Glassware releases goods only after receiving the balance. However, in case of special circumstances, what should Sunny Glassware do to ensure the maximization of customer’s benefit.
One of my VIP candle holders customer put out a lot of cabinets in September, and I reminded the customer to pay balance payment when they arrived at the port at the end of September. In this way, customs clearance can be carried out in advance, because we will have a very long holiday starting from October 1st, during which everything will become very difficult and slow.
In the October 2, customer didn't remember to pay, but this time bank is closed, we can't check if there is any order, if we don't release cargo, it will create a high warehouse rental cabinet at the dock, and also will delay the customer's product time to market. Even customers sent me the bank receipt, it is difficult to judge whether the payment has been received, but we still release the products after discussion.
Although this incident has made us take a high risk, as a supplier, we should also think about the customer from the customer's point of view, so that the business can last long and we can grow together.

So far, there is not a customer of Sunny Glassware that does not make money, All the customers have good profit and get 30% sales increase every year.

Gnoof UK ltd. is my first amazon customer, a newly established company. She sent inquiries to many suppliers on Alibaba. She wanted to purchase double wall glass cups with glass cover, silicone ring, silicone sleeve and other accessories. She wanted to use the existing molds as much as possible so that she could spend less. However, for this kind of products with many accessories, it is almost impossible to find the existing ones, and in a small quantity, many suppliers are not willing to quote and produce for you. But I do understand that a start-up needs to save money. So I was very patient to deal with customer inquiries. Since there are many types of glass available, I would like to ask the supplier of silica gel to recommend similar existing silica gel rings and cups, which can save the cost of silica gel.This did take some time. With frequent emails and timely online communication, the customer thinks that I really understand what she wants. Despite her feedback that my price is higher than others, she is willing to do it for me. So she asked us to make the samples for her.
I know very well that a product is not only of good quality, but also needs to be fast so as to seize the market. So we sent the sample to the customer very soon. The customer is very rigorous and careful. Although our samples are made according to the sampling requirements, the customer still wants to make some slight adjustments, so we made the samples again and sent them to the customer for confirmation.Because the silicone was finally emboss with the customer's logo, so to open the mold, but the customer is still very happy to pay for it.
We also signed a confidentiality agreement with the customer, so that the customer can be rest assured to place us the order. We gave the feedback to the customer regularly and ship the bulk very soon. Although order quantity was small, we all showed a lot of enthusiasm, we understood the importance of supplier support for a newly established company.

hen I first received the email from Josiah , it was about three months ago, he was looking for a white glass candle jar need to match with the wooden lid, because I happened to have some candle jars in different sizes pursuant to his requirements, so I sent him a list of detailed size and told him that each product can hold how much wax so that he can choose the suitable ones for his product line, once received the listing of these glass candles he loved all of them and hope I can send a sample to him, together with the lid made by different materials, within three days I arranged the samples, and there are also some wooden, metal, glass, ceramic and plastic covers.
Finally he chose to take the silicone ring primary pine lid and sprayed white glass candle holders, I'm so happy to prepare order for him to confirm details, he told me that the candle business is he only developed new areas recently, because his team not so familiar with the market for now , and worrying about the problem such as sales, he cannot purchase 2000pcs at one time, so he asked if I could start to promote order 300 as sales samples, I was really a little embarrassed when I just heard the news, because the minimum quantity of an order for the regular glass candlestick is usually 2000pcs, spray color is 1000pcs each, so I have to recommend a very similar item which we have the inventory of the glass jar, he confirmed that can accept the existed glass vessel, but spray processing also can not meet the minimum quantity, as the customer keenly want to start the candles of his career, taking the "as long as the customer need us, we will do our best to help them" as our theme, after our team’s discussed, finally we decided to open a manual spray color processing line, dedicated to help the guest on 300pcs white candle cup spraying, and we have our own specialized logistics department, giving the customers a very professional rapid transport routes, is expected at the end of the customers can get the goods quickly.

Sunny Glassware support customers overcome the diffcult
I have an old customer who has been working with Sunny Glassware for about 3 years. Due to the epidemic, there is a huge problem with the customer’s funds. When the goods were about to arrive at the port, the customer said that he could not pay us the balance payment of the goods and hoped our company can help him at this time, release the goods after owing part of the credit. He promised he will pay the overdue one month later after receiving the goods. I was very hesitating when I heard it, because the credit owed way is not the terms between our cooperation. Moreover, once the owed part cannot be paid on time, it will cause huge losses to our company. But the customer is indeed facing practical difficulties.My boss and I have considered many things, and finally we decided to help our customers get through this difficulty together. We let the customer pay 70% of the remaining balance, and the remaining 30% can be paid in a month. This amount is within the range that the customer can currently take out.
Under our special policy, the customer got the goods, and one month later, the customer paid half of the balance, and the remaining half was working hard to repay us.
Although this order does not make profit, but Sunny is always standing with customers. We are anxious about customers' needs and thinking about what customers want. Sunny Glassware 2020 New Year Eve Party
The annual New Year's day has come again, New Year has a new look!
In this time for saying goodbye to the old things and welcoming the new things, our company also organized a very meaningful dinner party.Instead of just going out to eat as before, this time we had try with a whole new style -- home party.
The location of the party was selected in a private villa area, which was contacted by our colleague Brenda on the internet in advance. The host will provide a venue, which including a dinner hall, a singing room, a game room, and most importantly, you can cook by yourself there because it also has the kitchen.
In order to hold this activity better, our manager Angel initiated soliciting advice of the menu one day in advance, everyone signed up his favorite dishes, in a short time our colleagues provided more than ten dishes, all what they're going to be cooked seems quite delicious, when I was thinking of what dishes I can make for them, the manager said also need logistics person to do cleaning and washing, LOL, for me who can't cook very well, of course, immediately signed up to do logistics work.
In the afternoon, we left the company two hours ahead to go to the party venue. When we arrived, Brenda, our colleague, was decorating the venue with some flowers, balloons and photos. The heart-shaped photo wall displayed many good memories of us, which reminds us of our experiences in Sunny Glassware during recent years.
After about twenty minutes, Angel and other several colleagues also came, and at the same time with several bags of various dishes in their hands,like seafood, meat, vegetables and fruits, then we started our working together with smiles on faces, some washing dishes, some prepare the sauce, some started to cook rice and the foods, it spent no more than an hour we’re ready for the big table full of food, we drunk the red wine which our general manager Mr. Frank bought for us and as well as the pink champagne from Cherry as a gift, our beauty chef Michelle is full of sincerity and made the two popular dishes at her home and bought them to the party with her husband- fish and sweet and sour spare ribs, these really attracted us a lot, I can even think of the taste now!
After dinner, we gathered together for sing, playing billiards, playing mahjong and chatting, about three hours later, we seemed to be hungry again, and then started the second round of eating and drinking mode...LOL.
This year's New Year's day is really an unforgettable experience for every of us, I hope every year in the future we can get together,drinking and thinking about the bright future, wish all of us will be better and better, may the business of our company be prosperous!
