How does Sunny Glassware control the quality

Sunny Group has offered glassware for 26 years with all kinds of products being exported to more than 30 countries and regions. Focusing on luxury fragrance products in the latest 10 years, Sunny Glassware is the supplier of 80% fragrance brands in the United States. Glass candle holders quality is the major focus of Sunny. Sunny not only adapt the extra six steps for inspection of shipments, but also control the quality more strict than customer’s QC team. But how to do this exactly? Is it just a slogan for Sunny? Let me tell you about my own experience.

It is a sunny day in the morning on 26th, Oct. A small team with four-person starts to go to Guangzhou at half-past seven. To do what? We are going to check the products which are urgent for shipping. The goods still on the way when we arrived at the factory. It is an uncontrollable situation for us. Our team leader, also the project leader, Wendy, who crazy calling to the logistic company to deliver the goods as soon as possible. Since that day is the last day to inspect the glass candle holders, otherwise she may lose the deadline for the shipping time.

God blessing. All the goods had arrived at the factory at 1:00 pm. There are almost 10,000 pcs glass candle holder and we need to finish the work in the remaining time. The fortunate thing is we have other 3 QC to help us, and the unfortunate thing is we have to work after lunch without any break. I remember that we had finished work at about 5:30 pm. It spent approximately 4.5 hours. Finally, there are still have some unqualified products, bur Wendy arranges the factory to resupply new qualified products immediately rather than choose the defective glass candle holders to fill the quantity, even though she may face a fine for late delivery. Most of my memory in that afternoon is moving the box, checking the glass candle holders, selecting the better one and moving, checking, selecting and moving... It is really boring and mechanical work. But, when we see the orderly arranged and beautiful qualified glass in front of me, we feel a huge sense of achievement.

Actually, It is unusual for sales to go to the factory and inspected by themselves. However, in order to deliver our best quality products to reach our customers in time, we will try our best to handle any possible problem and situation.

How to control quality? Not just promotional banners. Sunny does as good as the word. Even in an emergency situation, quality is the life for Sunny.

Sunny Glassware Released a Unbelievable Story

Weeks ago,I learned a candle holders story from our founder Frank Xu which shocked me a lot and comforts me a lot that I am doing the right choice by standing fast in my current post in Sunny Glassware.

There was once an American client whom we had been in contact with for almost five years.However,he never touched by any of our offers and new products recommendation, regardless of placing any orders to us.Until one day,he said he would come to our company exclusivelyto place real and solid orders to us.We were thrilled of course to learn this but found it hard to believe that he actually did not have any other plans at all except for visiting us.In our opinoin,no business man would do one task only after taken such a long trip from USA to China. But it turned out that what he said to us is totally true! We picked him up at HK airport ,had a nice meeting with all numerous Sunny Glassware Candle Holder sitting on the table and closed real orders for sure which did not surprise us actually(Sunny Glassware has been always confident in what we are doing), but what shocked us is that he literally flied back to USA directly as what he said-- we saw him to the airport after our meeting!

We felt it quite unbelievable and very honorable of course!And we were too polite to ask for reasons at the very begining.As time went,the customer took the initiative to tell us that he had actually been tracking all possible news about Sunny Glassware and SG exporting data on the Internet for five years before they decided to work with us. The data that a growing exporting shipments to a famous US candle brand that Sunny Glassware is trusted in its profession and high quality standard in luxury candle holders. He wanted to know who were we that managed to build up such a thriving business with the candle client who was known for its highly strict quality requirments. That was why he felt it so important to fly to China to settle orders with us personally.

What can you learn from this story?

No doubts,SG quality certainly is out of question.Secondly, increasing orders from oversea customer also indicates that our SG designs are also popular enough to help clients to win their market.

This story also tell me that as long as you do what you are doing well patiently, someone like you will come to you. In a global village like today, all will get paid for what they have done, better or worse.

The strike from America again

The strike of the United States West Coast have been just over, the worker of four Trucker companies:Pacific 9 Transportation, Intermodal Bridge Transport, Pacer Cartage, and a Pacer subsidiary, Harbor Rail Transport, have come out on strike again by this Monday. And this for sure will make the port become disorder again. 

The Truck drivers thought their company make them worked as independent contractor through some unlawful method. And gather the trailer rental fees and more other fee. So they want to get the identity of legal employees to ensure their right and interests.
