A video "The Lie We Live" rocked global

When I surfed internet at lunch time, a video "The Lie We live" which was published by Spencer Cathcart caught my eye. Yes, I fully agree to its complains, food safe, global environment pollution etc. become a critical social problem. However, what we can do are changing by ourselves rather than the world. Is that right?
